Dirty concrete and another baby.

The owner of this house sit has a well stocked garage. We know that most blokes need a shed, and this house has a great blokes shed. It is a double garage, that has a ping pong table, lots of shelves, a good workbench with enough tools, a radio that works, room for the mowers and other tools, and still room for a few chairs to sit in the sun and enjoy a beer.

One of the machines residing in this ‘blokes shed’ is a water blaster. It is just a small Bosch machine. The concrete round the back of the house has slowly got a bit dirtier looking. I think this just happens with age and you don't always notice it.

Peter decided to get it out and see if it would clean up the concrete, and the difference was amazing. In this photo you can see a small black square, that is the concrete he has not cleaned yet. Actually, we never noticed that the concrete looked especially dirty, it wasn't til Peter blasted away the first bit of the dirt that the real concrete colour came through again.

The machine has a wand on it that sends out the pressurised water and cleans away the stuff that has settled into the top of the concrete. It is a quick process and very efficient.

And as for babies, Alex in China is the proud father of a baby girl. Born last night, weighing 3.6 kg, which is 7lb 9 ozs, a good sized baby for Chinese parents.
